Declarative

The declarative mood (abbreviated dec) indicates that the statement is true, without any qualifications being made. It is in many languages equivalent to the indicative mood, although sometimes distinctions between them are drawn. It is closely related with the inferential mood.

Why do I look so attractive in a mirror but not so much in a picture? Which is more indicative of my appearan?
Q. Why do I look so attractive in a mirror but not so much in a picture? Which is more indicative of my appearance? indicitive is kind of like indication. Look, what indicates more of what I look like. how can I look sooo much better in the mirror? Like, when I take pictures, my eyes all are squinty. And, my eyes are basically my best feature. Plus, my face looks like it is a lot more fat in pictures. It's crazy. Pictures make me feel ugly.

A. Keep in mind that mirrors show your reverse image, so what you're seeing isn't exactly what the rest of the world sees. In addition, we're used to looking at ourselves from a certain angle, and cameras force us to look at ourselves from a different angle (sometimes), so that could play a factor. I know a lot of people look really good in real life and take some pretty bad pictures, and I know people who look better in pictures. Some people look exactly the same. I'm going to guess the mirror shows a slightly more accurate view.

Q. Or is it just evidence of a love of cross dressing? Maybe one of the freaks here that have fake female avatars can shed some light on the weird practice. Realis moods (abbreviated real) are a category of grammatical moods which indicate that something is actually the case (or actually not the case); in other words, the state of which is known. The most common realis mood is the indicative mood, or declarative mood.

Indicative

The indicative mood or evidential mood (abbreviated ind) is used for factual statements and positive beliefs. All intentions that a particular language does not categorize as another mood are classified as indicative. It is the most commonly used mood and is found in all languages. Example: "Paul is eating an apple" or "John eats apples".
